This Master Digital Territory Lease Agreement ("Agreement") governs the lease of digital territory corridors, direct telephone routing, and consumer lead dispatch on the Ridgeline Trade Network, operated by Barebones 3D, L.L.C. ("Platform", "Lessor", or "Company"), by the participating trade contractor entity ("Contractor", "Lessee", or "Partner").
2. Digital Territory Lease & Inbound Dispatch
Upon execution of this Agreement and approval of licensing credentials, the Platform grants Contractor the exclusive or designated priority right to receive direct inbound consumer inquiries for the chosen Trade Division and Geographic Mountain Corridor across Western North Carolina.
- Direct Voice Call Forwarding: Inbound calls from the designated corridor web properties are routed directly to Contractor's designated dispatch phone number with automated whisper identification.
- Real-Time Form Dispatch: Verified homeowner inquiry submissions (names, addresses, project scopes) are transmitted immediately to Contractor's dispatch email.

Contractor possesses exclusive control over how, when, and by what methods physical trade services are provided.
Contractor agrees to fully defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Barebones 3D, L.L.C., its members, officers, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, lawsuits, property damages, personal injuries, mechanics' liens, OSHA penalties, or consumer disputes arising from or related to any work performed or omitted by Contractor.
