Step 3 of 3: Digital SLA Agreement & Stripe Auto-Pay

SUMMARY OF MASTER LEASE SLA COVENANTS:

1. Independent Entity: Lessee is an independent commercial contractor and assumes 100% liability for all physical works, job site safety, structural execution, and customer warranties. Barebones 3D, L.L.C. d/b/a Ridgeline Trade Network is strictly an advertising publisher and digital directory.

2. Insurance & Licensing: Lessee warrants it maintains active NC trade licensure and Commercial General Liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence.

3. Indemnification: Lessee agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Barebones 3D, L.L.C. against all third-party claims, consumer disputes, property damage, and mechanic's liens.

4. Auto-Pay Billing: Monthly recurring lease fee will be charged automatically every 30 days via Stripe. 30-day cancellation notice required.
