Contractor Partners: When contractors apply for corridor leases or sign lease SLAs, we collect company legal names, principal contact details, business mailing addresses, state license numbers, insurance certificates, dispatch phone numbers, and payment authorization records.

3. How Information Is Used & Routed

We use personal information strictly for legitimate business and dispatch operations:

Automated Dispatch Routing: When a property owner submits a project inquiry, that information is automatically dispatched to the verified independent trade specialist who leases that specific mountain corridor and trade category.
Telecommunications & SMS: Voice calls to our regional phone lines are forwarded to leasing contractors with automated whisper notifications. Form submissions trigger confirmation notifications.
Contractor Account Servicing: Contractor business information is used to execute digital lease agreements, verify license and insurance standing, and administer monthly recurring lease subscriptions.

4. Payment Data & Stripe Processing

All financial transactions, monthly recurring territory leases, and credit card payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Barebones 3D, L.L.C. does not store, view, or retain raw credit card numbers or banking account details on our servers.

5. Information Sharing & Non-Sale of Data

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party data brokers or marketing lists. Information submitted for a trade quote is shared solely with the designated independent trade specialist servicing your mountain corridor to facilitate your requested estimate.

We maintain industry-standard security safeguards, SSL encryption, and restricted access protocols. Form submissions are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS channels. We retain lead and contractor records as long as necessary to fulfill operational, accounting, and legal compliance obligations under North Carolina law.
